Great option for a budget Dallas Richardson Plano stay. Due to road design, using map / navigation assistance is helpful. There is all kinds of food within 5 miles, almost none walkable. Breakfast was decent - eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins, bread, yogurt, cereal with juice, coffee and other options. Bed was very comfortable and wall unit kept the temp we set. Our room had no problems except for the folding closet door being misaligned.

The room smelled of urine, the toilet paper looked like someone spilled mouthwash over it, and just had an overall feeling of questionable cleanliness. Since we checked in at almost 1am after driving over 7 hours, we just wanted to go to bed rather than deal so the the hassle of switching rooms.

Overall the property wasn’t too bad, pretty accurate for the price. Just the surrounding areas isn’t that convenient while it’s super noisy

THEY ARE THIEVES LITERALLY
I broke a rule by smoking in my room cuz it was snowing and freezing outside so i opened window and smoked. The manager asked if i smoked so i told him the truth.i was cursed out and made to leave after the first night. He kept 100 deposit and refused to refund the remaining balance. So basically stole about 600.00 from me so "NO I DONT RECCOMEND STAYING AT THIS LOCATION AND I HOPE THE OWNER SEES THIS AND FIRES THAT MAN AND REFUNDS MY MONEY AND MAKES IT RIGHT'

Management needs to ensure rooms are properly cleaned prior to visitors arriving. Management needs to let cleaning crew know there are people sleeping during the morning hours so less noise or no noise at all is key. They were excessively loud in the morning while talking. It was very unprofessional.
