Neither the TV nor the WiFi worked. When I notified the staff, they said there were no other rooms available and that they would notify maintenance. That was it, nothing else.

This property is clean, stsff is nice. The breakfast crew is always refilling the food. The Manager Norma and all staff has good customer service skills. Thank you for accommodation. We appreciate you all.

So the hotel clerk is a complete A hole..I was standing in line and he just sat down texting on his phone. Then when I politely said hi he looked annoyed and was totally and completely rude. I reserved a smoking room too and he proceeded to argue with me that I didn't. I mean really? I stay in Motel 6 all the time. If there is an option for a smoking room I reserve it. Totally uncalled for attitude. Should not have had to deal with it after a long trip.

Probably the best stay I've had at a Motel 6. Provided the basics of what I would hope for out of a motel: clean room and a comfortable bed to sleep in. Amenities are sparse, and wifi was slow, but that was not unexpected. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.

My sheets had stains and a hole in them, there were multiple roaches in my room, the water pressure was horrible, please put up signs when theres wet paint on walls in common areas, please put signs on doors asking guests to not slam doors all hours of the day and night. Please put dog waste bags in the bag holders outside. People at front desk need to learn to smile and be polite and helpful.

I was told I could check out at 12, I booked a 1bed for my partner and I. The room they gave me was occupied by unpaid tenants but when it was 11:30 my door was banged to get out. There is homeless EVERYWHERE the room floors were dirtyyy
