I was given a suite that had an adjoining room that was looked. The problem was the person in the adjoining room was up all night, I could hear her talking and see the light shining in from under the door. It sounded like she was in the room with me. I put a towel down to block the light and noise but it didn’t really work

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I had some issue with printing a boarding pass and they were most resourceful in suggestions and assistance to fix the problem. They also were helpful in assuring me I could find tea at 3:30 a.m. before leaving.
