Love our stay at Hyatt Place Dallas/Allen. The hotel was very clean, nice, quite and the Staff were very nice and friendly. The Breakfast was Amazing!!!!! We will definitely stay here again.

There is no odor upon entering the building, hallways, and room. There is no cleaning chemical odors masking unsavory odors. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and gracious.

Comfortable stay with a great breakfast
Stayed one night for a an event at the Texas Credit Union Event Center. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The room was also nice and dark and the temperature was easy to adjust. The gym was nothing special, but did the job. The room with a King Bed has a nice area with a couch. The breakfast was great (eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, french toast sticks, oatmeal, yogurt, etc). Front desk staff were kind and efficient. Parking is close and easy.
