The property had some updates, but overall it was run down. The kitchen had one fork for a 6-person room and no cooking pans or utensils, etc. It wasn’t an uncomfortable stay, but we wouldn’t come back.

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The only slight issue is the building is older. The bathroom faucet was loose a handle was loose on a bathroom draw.Furniture was old but not uncomfortable.

This worked well for our family of 6. We had a two bedroom suite. It was clean. We liked the lay out. But the best part was the hospitality. Cookies when we arrived. Breakfast was good. Texas shaped waffles were a hit with the kids and such a great touch. The lounge area is nice and well kept. Staff was friendly. Easy to get to from the highway. We would stay here again.

9/10 clean 2/10 beds. King and pull out sofa were terrible. 9/10 breakfast 9/10 area 10/10 kitchenette. Small fridge, 2 burners, dishwasher. Fully stocked with pans/plates/silverware/etc including cooking knives. The bed thing was really disappointing. The sheets were ill fitting. The king was too firm. The pillows were lumpy and ceased to exist once squished. The sleeper sofa felt like a bed spread on those springs instead of a comforter.

Disappointing stay. The room we were assigned had the a/c units and pool equipment as the view out both sets of windows. Very dark and if the curtains were open, the people having breakfast in the lobby were staring straight out at our room. The bathroom walls were dirty and very dusty storage shelves. I wanted to scrub the whole place with a magic eraser the walls were so dirty. The bedsheets didn’t stay on the mattress, seemed like they were for a smaller sized bed but stretched to fit the king. The staff was very friendly and quick to deliver a travel crib and extra sheets for the kids. Breakfast had all the essentials.

Decent stay
The staff was super friendly and very kind. The rooms are inconvenient as you have to walk outside, up and down stairs, and seek a voyage to get to a room. I think the pictures are misleading with the rooms. I think the quality of the rooms could be better. But overall it suffices. I think the rooms could use some improvements with the flooring and furniture but you pay for what you get.

Not bad but definitely not great.
This hotel is not very user friendly. The breakfast is located in the lobby. This is normal but the unit buildings are not connected so you either must walk all the way around the building outside or drive up to the lobby for breakfast. This morning it 41 degrees and raining. The room had coffee pods but there was not a coffee pot in the kitchen. I looked in every cabinet. A toaster but not a coffee pot. The couch was very uncomfortable.

Sign lies about satisfaction.
They booked me in a room that i would have to walk down stairs to which i have a cast on my foot so the gave me a accessable room. I called 5 times in the morning from my room phone no answer, i called from my cell phone and answered right away. The bed was horrible to sleep on the couch you couldnt sit on because it fell in backwards so I asked to get a new room for the next night, the man at the desk said yes but not until after 12pm. I got off work and went back and was told there's no rooms to be moved to so i had to go back and re-unpack my items that were packed from that morning. The sign on the front desk said starts if you're not satisfied, we will make it right. Well I didnt feel like it happened and still dont. We have been staying at this facility for months now and have spent alot of money and I felt so disappointed in the situation. no credit, no free night next time, nothing.

One of the beds was broken . There was water in the carpet on the side of 1 of the beds, there was hair in the bathtub , the toilet was not clean , they only had 2 towels When we reserved the room for 5 guests , there was only a roll and a 1/2 of toilet paper for a 2 day stay for 5 guests . all of these things should have been considered when we book a room for 5 adult guests.

There were dogs barking one room down from us, non-stop! We tried to call the front desk, many times, but no one answered the phone so we went to the front desk. They said that they’d take care of it, but didn’t. The elevator quit working the first night. The room was ok but needed to be updated, furniture wise, and the vents needed to be cleaned. Glad it was a short trip.

Check in was horrible. Rooms were double booked. We had to change rooms because we booked a month in advance a 2 bed and they put us in a 1 bed so we had to change. Several others were in the lobby for the same reason. I was also charged double for the 2 nd night. Trying to get that sorted out now.

Used to be good, no more.
A/c worked great. That’s it. We reserved for a family of 7 in a 2 bedroom suite and we were given 3 towels total, no soap in either bathroom. When we asked for both, we were told they were out of towels and that someone would be by with soap, but they never came. There was a dead cockroach in our room. And they “ran out of” some food for two consecutive mornings and couldn’t restock some of the food. And we were in breakfast early. I have stayed at this location on more than one occasion and I was so disappointed this time.

Check in was fine. Lady was very nice. Breakfast Saturday was ok. Out of some stuff. Beds very small and barely sleep 2 adults. Check out is posted as noon. At 10 am Sunday some man was knocking on the door yelling check out at us. We were still aslepp as we had a late night the night before. I did not appreciate this when check out was listed as noon. Sunday lobby attendent clearly did not want to be there. Will not stay at this location again.

Attentive and friendly staff. We had to wait for our room because we arrived early, but it was perfectly fine. We got to use the pool (very child friendly) and got afternoon cookies and juice. It was a real treat staying there.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite and were surprised it had two bathrooms which was awesome since there were seven of us. We slept on the sofa bed and it was extremely comfortable. The rooms have great darkening window covers that allowed us to sleep in and it was super quiet. The full kitchen had every essential cookware you would need. Staff were nice and were helpful when I needed additional toiletries, towels and etc. They offered a full breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles and all the trimmings as well as healthy choices. We would definitely stay here again! Ps, the pool was great! And the location is convenient to the night life in Dallas.

Both employees that helped me check in and out were very rude. The place is creepy. The outside looks nice and peaceful but the rooms are inside a creepy hallway and there are not enough parking spaces. You have to park far away and it gets scary at night! My window had a see through curtain and there was no way for me to cover it. I asked for a non smoking room and my suite smelled like cigarette. Never again!

The rooms were old and ran down. Had roaches. Front desk was very unfriendly and didn’t care if I checked out when I advised them of roaches. I even called the general district manager and he brushed me off and wasn’t helpful. A/C didn’t work well. Plumbing was bad-As I was taking a shower the tub would fill up. Stains in the carpet. Ran down furniture. Had to wait til the next morning to shower after sweating in that heat all day because there were no towels at the front desk. Overall, not a good place to stay! Let me save you the headache.
