Everything is what you pay for. No more, no less. Excellent continental breakfast. AC, TV and toliet worked. Bathroom sink didn't though, shower's water pressure was lacking and AC took a while to cool room, but that was solved by leaving for a few hours. Was it the "Four Seasons", no. Did it get the job done without issues that couldnt be delt with, yes.

Horrible experience. Air conditioning barely worked.. and there was absolutely no hot water on the 3rd & 4th floor. The staff did what they could but ownership is the one to blame

Very nice stay after a 15 hour drive. Easy check in after hours and super nice staff. Breakfast had plenty of options and mattresses were best of the three hotels we stayed in along our journey. Fair pricing for a safe and quiet stay! 5 stars, Thank You HI!

Expectations were too high
Little Disappointed with the stay a lot of fixing up to do in that hotel from lightbulbs missing AC units not all working poor housekeeping, two rooms back to back had previous guest undergarments left in them toiletries were empty and never got stocked

New but needs some care on finishes, great staff but no housekeeping on weekends. Elevator has a loud bell that can be heard in the nearby rooms.

This property was so rude and mean. I had no hot water both days . They said the hot water tank was old. Also I was stop while going to breakfast and asked was I a guest. I told them yes they made me show id. It was a mess

Great hotel by the lake
Always stay here when working in our Mesquite branch, little further away from the office, but really nice hotel, staff and location. Only recommendation.... bring back the oatmeal and have the fried potatoes everyday.... Really good value for money too.

They charged me an unjustified charge of $100 cause there was make up on my pillow and sheet. I have NEVER been charged for that even the last time I stayed at this hotel. Staff would not give me a corporate number, i had to research it myself. The housekeeping manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and would not let me talk while explaining myself. The GM was ALWAYS ironically unavailable and the staff did NOT seem to care about my concern and provided horrible customer service. I will not be staying here again and will advise my family and friends to do the same.

I made photos of the elevator, which was fifty upon entry; the guest toilet downstairs had not hand towel checking in, and still none after notification, at check-out; the room was so dusty I feared to sleep in the bed; the floor was spotted; and, the shower head was green with mold.
