The entrance hallway, reception area, open lobby and bar had plenty of seating and is aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. Valet provided excellent service. Front desk rarely answered to request my car and report a leak in restroom. 5 calls in 4 days, they only answered twice. I went straight down to reception to see 5 employees behind the front desk not one guest in line being helped so I was confused as to why no one picked up? The room did not have enough working outlets! None of the usb/outlet connections worked on the lamp between the beds. No outlets on any walls in sleeping area. All of our devices had to be plugged into the lamp on the desk across the room by the window. The outlet in the timy powder room sized bath area didn’t work either. It was extremely tight and not enough room or power needed for hairstyling tools and make up mirror time for 2 traveling women to get ready at the same time. With NO FAN in the small restroom, getting ready each morning was nothing short of a hot chaotic mess. After engineering came to ‘fix” the dripping leak from the ceiling, Within an hour, it continued to drip again. I dialed 0 again no answer. I gave up threw a towel on the floor and called it a night since we were checking out in the morning anyway. Pool looks better in pictures! The high rise building blocks the sun before noon and the mature trees behind the building block the sun after 4pm. It was a big disappointment for me.
