We enjoyed our stay. Especially enjoyed the free breakfast and happy hour. The pool and hot tub were nice, suites were nice, beds were comfortable. No complaints.

They never cleaned our room. Our air conditioner did not work properly and our balcony door would not close. We complained to never have anyone help. This could be a wonderful property if it was not poorly managed. The front desk staff wre unprofessional looking and acting.

Property need a lot of renovation, there was a loud banging noise that came on about every 15 minutes,might have been airr conditioner. The soaps and conditioner was hanging on by a thread.the pillows should have been changed a while ago,all were flat.for 200$ a night i expected a little more. Theee breakfast was excellent

Beautiful hotel, room was clean. Breakfast was good. Didn’t sleep well at all, could hear traffic, honking, loud motors, airplanes etc ALL night into the morning otherwise great hotel. Beds comfortable. Staff pleasant. Pool area gets pretty crowded.

There were about 30 kids in the pool for 6 hours throwing kids in with all their clothes on including socks & shoes no supervision. Complained to get security or manager there to calm it down so we can maybe get in & they didn’t have either on site all day. Then kids running down the halls at 1:30 am screaming yelling it was horrible experience they need manager & control at this hotel

I am very very sad, I was in town for a funeral. I brought my Bible with me. I left my Bible in the front seat of my car when I went into the hotel for the night. I locked my car. When I came out the next morning my Bible was gone. It is very precious to me. I called the hotel and the lady was short with me, why I don't know. I want my Bible back.

The pros: Nice facility with a great attrium layout. Large comfortable room. Nice restaurant. Easy access to the highways. The cons: The bathroom has no ventilation. The shower water alternates constantly between freezing cold and scalding hot! The thermostat in the room is only cosmetic!

This hotel has roaches, not only in the room but in the pool area as well. I could never get towels and the house keeping walked in our room during our stay multiple times

Buffet breakfast is awesome. Staff is great. Is in need of maintenance. Room heat is insufficient so they have to provide portable electric heaters. With heater turned on and making coffee and microwave it tripped the circuit breaker.

The stay was great. Bring your own pillows though. The ones provided aren’t very comfortable. Also, the amount of children jumping in and out of the jacuzzi was unpleasant. There should be an age limit to allow adults to enjoy the jacuzzi and let kids play in the pool

The room needs updated very poor condition for the price you charge. Toilet was very slow to flush, drawers in night stand and dresser would not stay closed. Bath room sink leaks water.
