This is an older hotel and she shows her age. Stayed here as it is close to Ut Southwest hospital. It could use to be refreshed and a good deep cleaning. It has in shower dispensers for shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo was very nice, but the conditioner was empty. Bed was comfy and clean.

The hotel was located right near the freeway entranced, a gas station with a Subway and Taqueria which made it very convenient for us to jump on the freeway or go next door if we wanted something. The hotel has friendly helpful staff, clean building and rooms with crisp sheets, towels, cups, working AC/Heat, TV, WI-FI. We enjoyed the indoor heated swimming pool, but was dissapointed the Hot tub out of working order and not stated on Booking listing or websites. The breakfast was plentiful with waffle makers, eggs, sausage, various bread options, yogurts and juices. We were very happy to stay here for our first time in Dallas we extended 3 nights more than anticipated. We would absolutely stay here again

Overall it wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great by no means. Maybe a fresh coat of paint or a deep clean would help. The hotel isn’t modern, but the staff is was nice. Breakfast was decent . Same menu options both days but fresh fruit made it better.
