Stayed one night and left without staying the second night of my reservation. room was in poor condition, no remote or coffee, bathroom faucet was almost completely clogged and the shower head could not be adjusted to spray on my body. Had to lean against the shower wall to rinse off.

This property is in bad shape. Rooms have non working lamps, wiring exposed so that you can't plug in your laptop. The handicapped room had lumps under the bed cover like six cats were in there. No ice bucket, coffee or toilet paper in these rooms. Front desk had to come up three times to give me the missing supplies. No tv guide or instructions on how to operate the tv. Not a place that I would return to.

Nasty nasty hotel!!!
Dirty hotel. Very rude staff at the front desk. There were mice droppings on the ice machine. The toilet wasn’t bolted to the ground and would tip over if you leaned too far. I asked for an extra blanket and was refused one. I lost my key card with two keys in the card and the guy at the front desk would only give me one key card. When I asked for a second key card he said, NO NO! Do NOT stay at this hotel. Very old and had an odor to it.

Missing blankets, room not clean at all, bathtub faucet leaking all the time, bathroom felt like sauna. Old towels, beds had a single blanket, room and hotel smelled stale and musty, floor was sticky. Advised front desk but either they didn’t understand or chose to ignore me. Will never again stay at this chain of hotels and will not recommend. Very unhappy.

Very uncomfortable, the bathrooms weren't clean, the sheets and pillow covers had stains. The beds were not comfortable my daughter and I woke up with back and neck pains. We didn't even dry off with the towels. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

Let me preface with, I'm pretty easy to please. Clean and safe is all I expect. I dont need anything fancy. My family stayed in room 108... well for one night. We checked out early and went somewhere decent (which is surprisingly tough in this area.) Wouldn't have even stayed the first night if we could've been refunded for it and found another spot that late. Place smelled musty (except where it smelled like pot and there were stains everywhere on carpets and) furniture. Feet stuck to the nasty carpet as I walked on it. The comforter had some sort of oil stains... clearly hadnt been washed between guests. Tub was moldy and the stopper was broken and laying loose in the tub, which was missing its no slip lines so i slipped and nearly fell. Mold on ceiling. Most scary was the electrical outlet hanging out of the wall with exposed wires and a jumble of cords that went to who knows what. Also, fire sprinkler was hanging out of the wall. Lastly the room didnt have the ability to sleep 5 as stated. No pull out, but could rent a cot for an extra $10. No thanks! Breakfast was cereal, muffins, bread, or waffles. Waffles tasted weirdly tangy and coffee was basically just colored water. I looked at reviews and the pics online before booking and though it was no frills, I thought it looked fine. That's only because those pics are probably 20 years old. Currently awaiting the hotel manager and Expedia to make good on their agreement to refund the 2 nights we didnt stay.

My AC unit was not cooling. The room was hot. I told the front desk to move me but they only had one other room. And the AC was worse in that room so I stayed in the original room. Can’t sleep. I need a refund.

I have to be honest. Front desk was sweet but the property and amenities are awful. My smoke free room smelled of strong cigarette smoke. The front desk moves us to another room that smelled better. Holes throughout the room that I stuffed with toilet paper. One outlet worked. Workout room has old equipment. I wiped the ancient treadmill down and it was FILTHY! Don’t count on a hearty breakfast. You choose from bread: Waffles, muffins, cereal, toast. No protein or fruit. It was disappointing. I’ve purchased many rooms from Expedia and really think this one needs to be considered for removal. You will be disappointed.

The building is a little old and needs some upkeep. There are broken tiles, burned holes in comforter, tubs are worn and dirty looking
