I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were clean and beds were firm but I was not a fan of the pillows not a fan of the bathroom doors and shower is a little weird but other than that I would stay here again.

Fairmont Dallas
No heat in room and it was in the 20's over night. Switched rooms and same issue. Water pressure was very low so to try and warm up in shower was not great. Hotel shows its age and check in was slow.
