The room stunk bad, the were burn mark on the sheets, the tub was rusted as well as the sink and they said it was an upgraded room.. not to mention check in was at 3pm I got there at 4:48pm for them to tell me they canceled my reservation because I didn’t answer their phone call literally 1 minute before walking in to check in..

We had a group of guys in front of our hotel room when we checked in with a cooler full of beer. They obviously had gotten off work and were hanging out. Not really a big deal until it’s 12am and doors are slamming and people shouting. The “breakfast”was anything but that. Extremely limited, with sticky dirty floors. The rooms are double beds, about a hundred years old. No desk for you to lay out a computer. Bathroom door didn’t shut right. Our door to the room wouldn’t open properly or take the key card properly. Won’t be back and don’t recommend.

We traveled from Ohio to Texas. Room was not as clean as it could've been. Dust was caked on the hair dryer. Breakfast definitely could've been better, it was only waffles and cereal. Rooms could definitely use updated

1. Breakfast was waffles and cereal everyday only everyday. Breakfast was at 7 in the morning on Saturday. 2. People knocked on my door at 3 in the morning. 3. Never saw any security. 4. Just read all the details.
READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING. I booked through hotels.com cause I got a 10% mobile discount, wanted to save a little money. But because I didn't read all the details of this particular hotel, I was a little in shock that I had to pay an Extra $50. On the details of this hotel through this site it says $100 that's if you want to pay that extra fee in cash. If not it's $50 for paying with a card. I have stayed at other quality Inn hotels, and other chains. I have never been to hotels that have asked for an extra fee like that, so I was kind of blindsided by it. Over all it was a clean hotel with comfy beds and super soft pillows. Next to the highlands so theres plenty of places to go eat and have some fun.

The room definitely did NOT look like the picture in the advertisement. The bathroom ceiling had dark patches that looked like mold. The picture looks more modern but everything about this place is old.

Roaches
My son had major surgery and he had no place to go. I picked here and the room was fill with roaches. I couldn’t move him again so I went to the store and bought roach spray. I sprayed the room and they ran away but you see one every now and then. I called the office and they said, “oh” like they didn’t know.

You get what you pay for!!
For 1 night just to sleep for an adult , it was ok. The room looked clean from the sheets to the towels. The ac unit worked good to. The walls and bathroom door looked like they ran out of paint while painting them. I slept good so it was comfortable, you get what you pay for.

Front desk person refused to do early check in for a fee when they were clearly not even 30% full evidenced by the cars in the parking lot. I ended up sleeping in my car until I could check in . She was kind of rude about it also. Once I checked in my key didn’t even work, so I had to go back for them to fix. It happened again 2 nights later. Would not recommend this place.
