"予約していたキングサイズベッドではなくツインにされた。このホテルは2棟あって入口が異なる。増築した方は新しいようだが、元々の作りが悪く快適さは非常に低い。冷蔵庫がないため、夏でも飲料水などを常温でしか保管できない。受付スタッフは1人のお客に4人が井戸端会議のように話し込み、別のお客が来ても全然気付かないお粗末ぶりだった。更には作業になれておらず、カードを間違った金額で手続きしてしまい、修正に余計な時間を浪費された。絶対に泊まらない方が良いホテルである。"

"To begin with, they wanted to give me a reservation that was in someone else's name. The Reception speaks no English AT ALL. The Business Suite I booked was dark, smelly and dirty. I would not even walk in bare feet. I'm surprised that Hotels.com has even got the hotel on their website. To all of you reading this - stay away !"
