"Room was clean, the staff I spoke to was very nice and cheerful, I liked the outdoor kitchen setup. Didnโt use the pool, but it looked very clean and welcoming. I thought some areas could do with a paint touch up, but it didnโt detract. Overall a comfy 3 night stay. Cheers."

"The staff was delightful and communication was excellent. The cons- the pool view was underwhelming, and the room felt a bit mildewy, probably due to the humidity. The ac could have been much stronger and there was no way to keep light from the pool out of the room at night even with the shutters closed."

"Lovely resort, very relaxing. Clean apartment, two excellent pool areas outside, excellent location 5 min walk to Macrossan street, 10min walk to beach. Only fault was bathroom in apartment needs renovation/update."

"Reception staff on arrival and throughout my stay were 1st class. Location was excellent for the beach and short walk to shops and restaurants. Room was small but immaculately clean and ideal for a short 4 night break. If you're looking for 5 star, don't bother but as far as value for money goes, you won't beat this place. I would absolutely recommend if you're looking for clean, basic accommodation with wonderful attentive and courteous staff in beautiful Port Douglas."

"We had an incredible time at the Daintree Ecolodge! Our family reunited from different parts of the US to visit the Daintree area. The Daintree Ecolodge was a standout experience! Rob was so incredibly helpful as was the rest of the staff. The rooms were beautiful, nestled right into the forest. What a magical place. The food was amazing. Breakfast was soo good and we also had the dinner during our stay which was a highlight for all of us with a varied and delicious menu. Our family loved this extraordinary place, one of our top places to have ever stayed at!"

"Lovely modern cabins with amenities not far away to walk and right next to the pool. Fair parking for guests but could do with more parking out the front when visiting the restaurant. No freezer in the camp kitchen for ice cream storage, but a large fridge. Toilets and showers could do with an upgrage to match the cabin quality. Not a lot of room around the pool. Great to have an on site cafe serving coffee from 7.30am. great to stay over when you are doing a Reed trip"

"When you walk into the room you know itโs fresh and lovely cleaned, the colours made you feel happy and relaxed. The fridge was bigger than a bar freeze, thatโs a big plus. Loved the NBQ area, everything was then and a large bbq. The bbq was in the pool area with its own table and chairs. Plenty of other chairs for the pool people. Iโll be back โค๏ธ it"
