"안내 메시지로 꼼꼼히 입실 준비까지 대응 빠르고 친절합니다. 전망 좋네요. 안내 메시지는 받았지만 호텔명이 예약 시 이름이 건물을 통해 인지할 수 없어서 메시지를 무심히 넘겼다가 당황할 수 있습니다. 사용 수건에서 그늘에 서 말린 냄새가 남아있는게 흠이었습니다."

"바다가 보이는 광경이 좋았고 시원했어요.
오래된 펜션이라 가전제품도 다 연식이 있네요.
냉장고에서 물이 샜고 수건은 냄새가 났어요.
하룻밤 자기에는 보통 정도였는데 20만원의 가격은 방 컨디션에 비해 좀 비싸다는 생각이 들었습니다.
침구류는 깨끗했습니다"
