This was an ideal property for individuals who want to stay in the city center area. The staff was fantastic and went above and beyond what normal expectations. I made a reservation for the room with the balcony/great view/comfortable seating. As a welcoming gesture, the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of wine and a confectionery. On a daily basis, the hotel provided two bottles of water and two bottles of beer. The reservation included a complimentary breakfast/choices were both western and Asian. Upon departure, the hotel noted the date of my birth gave me a marble carving of a ram, my birth symbol. The overall experience was outstanding.

Excellent service & location

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel location is very convenient, less than 15 minutes from the airport and pretty close to other places of interest and restaurants.

4泊しましたが、とにかくスタッフの方が親切でした。 行き帰りの挨拶はもちろんのこと、ロビーで過ごす間も、「必要でしたら、タクシーを手配しましょうか？」とスタッフの方から声をかけてくださいました。 部屋は、デラックスツインルームですが、標準的なツインルームです。アメニティも一通りあるため、特に不便は感じませんでした。 また、部屋は清掃が行き届いており、快適に過ごせました。 朝食も種類が多く毎日少しずつメニューが変わるため、ガイドブックに載っているベトナム料理も一通り食べることができます。 市内の観光地やお土産屋さんも近く、観光をメインに考えている方にはおすすめしたいホテルです。

The staff was very attentive and friendly. The breakfast was good. The lobby and restaurant did not have air conditioning which was unpleasant in the heat. There was not any soap in the bathroom and when I asked for it I was told we should use the shower gel, which was a small daily plastic bottle. The hotel is approximately 4-5 blocks from the river front, which is not bad however, with the difficulty of walking the streets when there’s no sidewalk because of the motorbikes I would recommend a hotel closer to the river front. It will make life a lot more pleasant.

조금 오래된 듯 했지만 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어 있었고, 특히 직원들이 매우 친절했습니다. 조식도 너무 맛있었구요. 다음에 다시 다낭에 간다면 또 이용할 듯~

재방문의사 있음.

굉장히 친절함. 관리잘되어 있음. 조식또한 꽤나 먹을만함. 걸어서 핑크성당 한시장 갈 수 있지만 덥고 습함. 그래서 그랩이용함. 주변에 맛집 맛사지샵이 등등등 많아서 시내관광에 최적화되어 보임. 재방문의사 있음

スタッフの女性の皆さんが笑顔が印象的でした。 空港から歩いていったですが疲れが癒されました。 そしてウェルカムドリンクが美味しく冷たいおしぼりもありがたかったです。 ドラゴン橋の付近のホテルも魅力的ですがあのローカルな感じが好きなのでまたオレンジホテルを利用したいです。 余談で何故なら横のコムガーアンハーイで奇跡の出会いがありましたので笑もう私の中で忘れられない場所です。

나홀로 여행너무나 친절하고 아늑한 숙소

1. 직원들 겁나 친절함 ㅇㅇ 존나 친절 2. 객실 좋고 편함 그래도 샴푸같은건 가져가자 창문 없는 방 예약했는데 창문방으로 옮겨주심 3. 조식 존맛인데 모르겠음 첫날은 메뉴판으로 시킨거 가져다 줬는데 둘째날엔 그냥 뷔페식 남은거 먹음 4. 위치가 한시장 가깝고 걸어서 용다리 갈 수 있고 반미맛집 해피브래드, 콩카페 둘 다 가까움 다만 호텔이 별로 안유명해서 길 모르는 택시기사들도 있음... 그럴땐 롯데리아로 가달라고해러 좀만 걸으면 됨

Best service and exceptional hotel

The hotel and staff was really exceptional. My wife got sick and the hotel owner arranged for a doctor to come to hotel. His staff went and bought medicine that the doctor prescribed for her.

這是第二次住 Orange Hotel, 就是第一次因為服務很好很貼心所以完全不考慮下住第二次！萬萬想不到她們還記得我的特別喜好，每天早餐都為我整一杯自己喜愛的熱和凍 coffee, 還為朋友送上一個大大的生日蛋糕，最後也送了我們峴港最好的 coffee set。真心非常感謝她們的服務。
