The facilities were ammaculate, the staff were fantastic, felt like a homestay we were made so welcome the position to Old Town was great a 2 min walk to everything you would require restaurants, shopping and activities loved it we will be back

I chose this property when I was unexpectedly required to extend my trip in Vietnam. I chose it because of the reviews of comfortable beds and I was not disappointed! Beds were very comfortable (soft, rather than very hard which is common in Vietnam.) Breakfast options were great, all freshly prepared as they see you come for breakfast. The team are wonderful, kind & attentive, and even arranged for me to be dropped at the hospital with all my luggage at no cost on my departure day. The hotel is located just by the river and the old town is walkable within a few minutes to see the lantern boats and all the markets and many restaurants to choose from. Thank you all, you made my stay a pleasant one. If I ever find myself in Hoi An again...I will be back.

Great place to stay, only reason for the loss of the star was the first room they gave us was very musty and had a bit of mold. They were able to move us. The other thing and Expedia really needs to crack on this as we've encountered this way to many times now. Is the perspective and way shots are taken to make the hotel and rooms seem wayyyy bigger than they are.

Great little spot right outside the hubbub

This hotel was good value for money, it's about a 5 minute walk to the main touristy area which means easy to drive to on a scooter and it outside the fray while still being very accessible to wherever you want to go. It seems to be family-run and all of the staff were super nice and friendly. We liked it so much, we stayed an extra night.

This has been our favourite stay in Vietnam! The rooms were so fresh and clean. Comfortable bed with fresh bedding. The bathroom was modern and had an excellent shower with plenty of hot water. High ceilings. Felt like luxury at an affordable price. The breakfast was amazing with basically all you can eat, cooked upon request with a wide selection of options. Free bike hire. They also offer Airport transfers and laundry at a cost. Owner run, very friendly and helpful locals. I could not recommend highly enough!!

De kamer waar we verbleven was super, de bedden zijn heerlijk en de douche is ruim. Het personeel staat áltijd voor je klaar en de gratis fietsen zijn handig om je snel te kunnen verplaatsen. Het oude centrum is echter 5 -10 minuutjes lopen, dus écht nodig heb je ze niet. Ontbijt is ook super. A la carte en onbeperkt. Op de dag van vertrek werd voor ons zelfs een ontbijt to go gemaakt. Super plek!

This was our favourite hotel in vietnam we ended up extending our stay. the location was perfect, walking distance to the old town, cafes, restaurants, shopping, sight seeing. the staff were so welcoming and helpful, the beds were super comfy and the bathroom/shower was huge! the breakfast was delish and the pool was beautiful - 100% recommend

Nice peaceful hotel

Nice clean, comfortable rooms and good quiet location, just a few minutes walk from the old town. Free bikes are a great way to get around. It's lovely to have a pool but it is quite small! The staff were lovely and accommodating, even got a gluten-free birthday cake for one of us. The breakfast menu is a bit limited but the staff did their best to cater to our needs.

후기가 별로 없어 고민했는데 결론적으로 GOOD! 벌레 전혀없이 깔끔하게 이용했고 새벽 체크인 협의 후 방문했는데 캐리어도 옮겨주시고 (엘리베이터가 없음) 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 다만 수영장은 마당 내 미니 사이즈이니 참고해주시고, 뷰를 염두에 두신다면 3층 이상이 나을 듯합니다.

This was a great find. Everything was perfect, well, perhaps they could get some newer, lighter bikes :-) 😝 that are easier to maneuver around town. Breakfast was awesome and the small pool was more than adequate. We liked the hotel so much we stayed an extra night as there were much to see in Hoi An. I recommend the Majestic Villa to anyone looking for a well-managed boutique hotel that is located in a quieter part of town but still is walking distance to the Old Quarter and night market.

This hotel was a great choice! Room, pool, breakfast - all excellent. The wifi was fast, which is important to me. It was a short walk to the night market and ancient town but on a quiet street. The free bikes are on the small side, it was hard to adjust the seat for my height (6’). Also a pretty good rate exchanging USD at the front desk, I couldn’t find a better rate.

Good location, comfort has room for improvement

We didn't sleep well here, as the bed was not too comfortable, and the room was rather small. The location is really near the night market and the city center, and the staff even offered to deliver us from our previous hotel, so they were very helpful. We didn't find the breakfast appetizing enough to try it. Also the door is locked after a certain hour, and one needs to ring the bell to get in. The swimming pool looks like an afterthought, I cannot imagine anyone relaxing there. There is a lot of construction in the area too, that woke us up rather early (as did the rooster, but I don't mind that).

I stayed here for 6 nights over the New Years period and I could not recommend it more highly. Having travelled Vietnam extensively, this is a new gem in the heart of Hoi An. The location is absolutely perfect, being a moments walk from the heart of the old town with is sights and restaurants. The facilities were exceptional. The pool was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. But more importantly the family who run it are kind and attentive. Hung and his wife went above and beyond to make us comfortable and feel welcome; driving us places, recommending food, booking tours and helping us get our phones fixed. They made the holidays season feel as comforting as at home. Staying here means you get the benefits of a new hotel with the attention and care of a family stay. Would highly reccomend staying at the Majestic Villa.
