"I never got to check in to the hotel. There was a major problem with the front desk check in system and they turn all of us away. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a chain hotel!!"

"I stayed here for my birthday weekend. Mostly because it's a suite and secondly location. This property is undergoing construction to the facade of the building. It was a little underwhelming walking into that. The lobby floors were extremely dirty. The hotel itself is slightly dated. Also, there were ants in my room, which could've easily come from the ongoing construction. I personally wouldn't stay here again. Hopefully once their construction is complete, maybe it'd be better. But it's a no for me. "

"Hotel was clean and the room had a comfortable bed with a great view of the bay. Employees were friendly. Wasn't thrilled with the breakfast buffet. Too expensive for how little was offered."

"No, I thought it was included and ate elsewhere which cost less. Room was clean but there was only 2 places to charge my phone, the TV and a lamp which charged slowly. Some furniture needed fixing. It was part of an office complex, so I couldn’t open the drapes without seeing people working. I’m short and the bed was extremely high to get into. Not a bad place to stay. I give 3.75/5. If you want a view and sunshine I would stay somewhere else."

"We were using the hotel the last night of our vacation in Florida because it was so close to the airport. The front desk guy recommended we drop off our rental car the night before and use the hotel shuttle service to save time since we had a 6am flight. We did that and it worked out great. Excellent service by all the people we interacted with."

"I resent having to fill this in in order to complete a survey. I will not attempt to do surveys that take more than 2 clicks. It’s annoying to get constant surveys. Find another way to manage your marketing."

"Overall it was good. Except for the room entertainment system. No Netflix access and the TV kept defaulting to the Marriott advert channel regardless of which channel was selected… very annoying!"
