En vecka i cusco, hotell

Trevligt hotell och personal, alltid rent och bra rum. Tyvärr fanns det ingen kyl vilket hade varit användbart och inga andra extra tillägg som tekokare m.m, däremot fanns det en TV. Badrummet var rent och trevligt och över lag ett riktigt bra hotell som jag helt klart rekommenderar folk att boka, även för dess fantastiska läge vid plaza de armas, kunde inte blivit bättre!

Terrible! I stayed two nights - one on each end of a 4 day hiking trip. My first day, I messaged the hotel to request a shuttle. I was advised of the cost, provided my flight info and upon my arrival in Cusco, no shuttle!!! When I returned from my hiking tour, I was looking forward to some creature comforts after camping three nights. Got to the hotel, the clerk did not know where my luggage was. She also asked if I had my confirmation because she had NO INTERNET so she couldn't look up my name. There continued to be no internet until late morning the next day. Also, NO HEAT. again, camping in the mountains, I looked forward to being warm! I had a small space heater to heat the room.which had high ceilings. Not a great experience at all! Very frustrating and not worth it at all!

Centrally located

This hotel is all about the location. It is right in the plaza which is the main attraction of town. Service: Super excellent, friendly, and on point. They helped us with ordering a nurse for a Covid test at the property. They also helped us with a late checkout request for a reasonable price. The property had plenty of hot water, a nice breakfast, and English speaking clerks.

A dos pasos de las principales atracciones

Nos ha encantado. El hotel es sencillo pero tiene una calidad-precio excelente: está a 10 segundos (o menos) de la Plaza de Armas, las habitaciones están muy limpias y es muy tranquilo. Además las personas que nos han atendido han sido muy amables, facilitándonos incluso picnic para el desayuno cuando hemos tenido excursiones temprano. Totalmente recomendado.

Experiencia muito negativa, hotel muito antigo, diferente das fotos. O hotel fica no mesmo endereço de um outro hotel (yabar) e fui colocada num quarto com esse logo. Cama e cobertas desconfortáveis, limpeza a desejar (pia estava visivelmente suja). Em época de pandemia, nenhum protocolo ou cuidado com o assunto por parte do estabelecimento. Unico ponto positivo foi a localização.

Viaje por cusco

Espectacular estadia de 8 noches en el hotel. Un antiguo hotel de muros Incas, sobre la hermosa calle Loreto y a dos pasos de la plaza de armas, inmejorable ubicación. El peronal super amable y siempre atento a que pases de la mejor manera, no solo dentro del hotel, sino aconsejandote en todo momento las mejores opciones a realizar segun tus dias de estadia. Rodeado de muy buenos Restaurantes, lugares para tomar algo y hacer compras. El desayuno es correcto y hay infucion de coca en todo momento, para ayudar a los huespedes que se adapten a la altura de la zona. Otro detalle es que dejan cafe caliente para los huespedes que salgan temprano previo al comienzo del desayuno, ya que los tour lejanos comienzan como a las 5 am. Coordinamos algunos tour que ellos mismos tienen a buen precio y son muy buenos, por ejemplo el de Valle sagrado con el almuerzo incluido, visitas con guia y con tiempo correcto en cada lugar para poder entender lo que se esta visitando. La relacion precio/calidad es muy buena, hay que entender que la infraestructura es antigua y es acorde a la ubicacion historica que se encuentra. Las camas y ropa de cama son muy buenas, se podria mejorar la calefaccion y los baños; pero la ubicacion justifica todo eso (realmente es la mejor en todo punto de vista) Tienen recepción las 24 hs, lo que genera tranquilidad y seguridad sin importar por que medio llegues hasta Cusco. Es 100% recomendable y sin lugar a dudas volveremos en nuestra proxima visita a la ciudad.

This was my second stay at this Hotel. The property is located right in the Plaza de Armas. Right where you want to be. The staff's priority is to make your stay in Cuzco as pleasant as possible. I couldn't had ask for more. From the Angela to Alex, they all have my priorities as their own. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, mate de coca is always available, and breakfast was included. They all go out of their way to ensure you enjoy Cuzco.

Property is located right on the center, exactly where you want to be. I've stayed at this hotel more than once. The staff's number one mission is to make your stay as perfect as possible. Personal super amable y predispuesto a ayudarte. Ubicacion impagable( esta en frente de plaza de armas ) . El desayuno está bien, no tiene gran variedad pero es justo lo que uno necesita.
