I stayed with them a total of five nights. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was walkable(if you like to walk) and the cost was very favorable. There were lots of restaurants nearby, some tourist restaurants, and some local restaurants that were affordable. Thanks I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Location is pretty good, it's not next to the plaza but a short walk. The nice hot shower was the best thing about this hotel. I have no other hotels in Cusco to compare it with but the hot shower was perfect!

More than good enough!

It is 4 blocks south, down, of the plaza and major sights, in a quiet nice part of town. The breakfast lacked fruits, cheese and ham, it was changed into a basic eggs (at your choice, but no toppings), juice of papaya, and OJ from a box, bread milk, and something they called coffee essence. ( but in all Peru coffee hasn’t been acceptable). The rooms are warm, and have heaters if needed, the alpaca blankets amazing, the size ok specially for my king bed! My parents room was also good. The personal is very nice!

Don't Bother - you can do far better for same $$$

I was very disappointed. The room was small, very sparsely furnished, with one very small window, which was over a very busy street. The traffic cop whistle got really old after awhile... The room was no where near as nice as the website made it look. Try the Hotel Taypikala instead. Same money, far nicer room, service, neighborhood, etc.

Bom o suficiente

Hotel simples. Fica perto da avenida del Sol, mas um pouco deslocado da região central. Mesmo assim considero a localização boa para quem gosta de sair explorando a cidade. O café da manhã é muito simples. O aquecimento da água do chuveiro não estava funcionando a princípio, mas a equipe arrumou com prontidão. A qualidade do staff do hotel é o ponto forte. Se um dia voltar para Cusco, vou procurar outras opções.

El hotel está en buenas condiciones, es limpio y ordenado. No pasamos frío, no tuvimos la necesidad de encender la calefacción. También tuvimos agua caliente sin problema.
