However, we did not receive any calls from you when this happened so that our staff could take corrective measures and provide you with hot water. You only informed us about the issue during the check-out, without giving us the opportunity to help you solve it.Regarding the heating, we do have a heating device in the closet that you could have used, but we did not receive any calls from you either. We offer 24-hour reception service, and air conditioning is not included in the rate.We have provided you with a superior room instead of a standard one and gave you information during check-in.
