"I chose this hotel mainly for its great location, which made it easy to access nearby restaurants, shops, and attractions. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. The reception staff were cold and unwelcoming, making check-in feel impersonal. A more friendly and attentive attitude would have made a big difference. The room seemed fine at first, but the bathroom had visible mold and a clogged sink that drained very slowly. These maintenance issues gave the impression that the hotel is not properly maintained. Breakfast was decent with enough variety, but it lacked features expected from a 4-star hotel, such as a made-to-order egg or omelette station. The valet parking was also overpriced for what was offered, adding to the frustration of the stay. Another major issue was the 220-volt electrical system, which was not clearly communicated. I almost damaged my hair dryer because of this, and it could easily create safety risks for guests. Overall, the hotel felt outdated and poorly maintained. While the location is excellent, the unfriendly service, bathroom issues, expensive parking, and electrical concerns made the stay disappointing. In my opinion, this hotel is closer to a 2-star experience than a true 4-star property."

"Equipe muito eficaz tanto para responder dúvidas e para resolver questões como problemas no chuveiro, torneira e reparos em geral. O Colchão do quarto deveria ser trocado pois estava com uma grande quantidade de uso o que fez com que ele afunda-se no meio não permitindo uma boa noite de sono. A Limpeza no geral estava adequada porém a toalha estava manchada com maquiagem que foi utilizada previamente denotando que não foi devidamente higienizada ou que não foi trocada. Com muito eventos na cidade e com o hotel lotado o café da manhã e por maior que fosse o salão não comportou toda a demanda ao mesmo tempo, porém novamente brilha a equipe de se empenhou a todo momento em repor os alimentos que eram generosamente ofertados e sempre mantendo o salão limpo e agilizando as mesas que iam desocupando para que todos os hóspedes fossem atendidos dentro do horário proposto de café da manhã."

"Em geral o hotel foi bom. Só na hora do Check-in que não recebi informação nenhuma (mas acho que foi só aquele atendente que parecia novo porque o restante do staff foi muito atencioso). A piscina nem o sauna estavam funcionando(acho que volta só em junho ou julho). O quarto muito bom e limpo. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso, a parte que mais gostei, vale muito a pena."
