"We had a studio suite and I liked the fact that it had a door divider so my husband could stay up later and watch TV. The property was well maintained and everyone we met was very kind"
"The resort was beautiful and clean. The food was good. We enjoyed the late night pizza and snack bar at night. Gizmos was always a blast and entertainment was GREAT! The suite we reserved was nice and spacious. But the staff and hospitality was out of this world AMAZING!!!! They all were awesome and great people that were all so kind and welcoming and made our stay the best. "
"Starting from check in all the way to the end to check out, the staff was phenomenal! I wanted to shout out a staff member at the front desk, didn’t catch her name but her last day was May 31st and she excelled at customer service. Rooms were always cleaned by house keeping and front desk was accommodating to every request we had. The only thing which was odd was that we had to pay to use the gym, that should’ve been included with the stay but everything else was perfect!"
Sonesta Maho Beach All Inclusive Resort Casino & Spa
4/10 Poor
"The only thing which was good here was the front office who were nice and smiling and the kids zone where you can leave your kids rest all
Other staff whether it is
Restaurant, pool bar , beach front buffet all of the staff was unpleasant, rude and disrespectful. The kids pool was smelling so bad . Even the taxi drivers outside omg so attitude . Buffet - food option were okay . Pizza place - the pizza was so hard even my 8 year old said mama they don’t know how to make pizza clearly . I don’t know
If the owners of sonesta take theses reviews seriously or no but they really gotta do with the attitude if their employees. Hospitality was poor . No cooperation. Food was late in restaurants everytime . No entertainment to be honest specially for kids . I have been to so many all inclusive places but here no fun ."
The Atrium Beach Resort and Spa, an Ascend Collection Resort
10/10 Excellent
"The entire villa was clean and well equipped. Toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator. Kitchen utensils. Comfortable king size bed and full size sofa bed. Stayed in villa 709. Beautiful lanai facing the Simpson Bay Lagoon. What a view!!!!! The hotel is located on the Kim Sha beach. Gorgeous calm beach. Safe on the room. 2 flat TV’s. Only one elevator, but it didn’t bother us. Maybe because May is low season in St Martin. Lot of restaurants, within walking distance. Nice size pool. But who wants the pool when you have a beach on your backyard?! Camillia and Jubalani at the reception desk were a pleasure to deal with. They have a rental car and tour desk. The Bucaneer Beach Bar/ Restaurant is a few steps away. They offer breakfast, lunch and dinner. Little playground area for the kids. They have beach lounge chairs and umbrellas for the people that stay at the hotel. Would definitely recommend The Atrium Beach resort."
"The room was clean and we were able to check in a bit early. The location was perfect and close to shopping and dining. The only issue was the no sidewalk to get there. Just be extra careful because you are sharing the road with vehicles. Everyone was accommodating and helpful which was well received. There is only 1 elevator for 5 floors so keep that in mind. I would come back here and stay. We loved SALT and dined here for lunch and breakfast."
