"Todo muy bonito, pero necesitan tener ms cuidado con la limpieza de los cuartos, las sabanas estaban manchadas con sangre, en el balcon estaba una comida caida al parecer de los antiguos huéspedes y como nadie limpio estaba lleno de hormigas. El valet parking los dias que estuvimos allí, nadie contesta el teléfono para cuando uno quiere pedir el carro antes de salir."
"Amazing stay and perfect home base on Vieques. At check in, Kelly gave us great recommendations of what to do and how to work with island life. The ferry told us to avoid the bio bay due to the full moon, but Kelly told us the moon wouldn't be out until after nine, so we were able to see the bay in it's full glory (thank you so much!). If you are looking for a true local place with the amenities and cleanliness of a big name hotel, the Seagate is your place."
"Hix House is a tranquil retreat on a beautiful island. So gorgeous and peaceful. Beautifully designed. Aaron and his team were lovely to work with. I would highly recommend this place!"
"Resort was not crowded when we went Monday to Friday. Some minor maintenance issues but overall a very nicely maintained property. Most of the staff was friendly but this one tall skinny waitress who didn’t seem to like her job at cafe Bella vista. Everything was clean including the dining ware. It took us over a day to figure out how to walk from the casitas to the main hotel. No one told us because they wanted us to be dependent on the butler service and of course the tips. Great trip overall. Would definitely go back again. The more expensive casitas were definitely worth it. Lots more room n privacy with front door parking. Water park had only 4 rides but no lines so kids were entertained. Food was overpriced but good and clean."
