"Bring your own air freshener. Small shower not clean hair on walls. I wish there were more affordable places to stay in vieques. Easy to park. No staff. I did enjoy the French press and fridge in the room. No AC. Sheets seemed clean. The guesthouse is across from the ocean. Seemed safe and secure. "
"The Casitas section in which we stayed was beautiful; enormous room/suite and everything spotless. Great housekeeping daily, the grounds manicured, the pools delightful. Food in the various restaurants was good, not great, and a little pricy. The main pool area very nice - the waterpark great for the family for a few hours, and the private island was gorgeous.
Downsides: was encouraged to order groceries for the room and sent a list as directed to the concierge. No groceries when we arrived, so ordered again. Pricey. They were delivered - but we were missing at least a quarter of what we had ordered and no refund! Much better idea is to get an Uber to the nearest market and do your own shopping. I wish too that we'd gone ahead and left the complex to Uber to local restaurants.
The biggest, best thing about this place is the service. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and happy to help. Loved that!"
"Hotel was great, not as crowded as other reviews. staff was very helpful. Food came quickly. Drinks were great as well. Beach was amazing and there was always room on the ferry. I do recommend a rental car to see local attractions- specifically El Yunque."
"Only thing we found that could be an inconvenience is that the shower wasn’t warming up. However it is a short walk from the ferry terminals to this stay. It had a nice balcony, and of course the very popular restaurant bar downstairs that looked so nice."
"Great small hotel. New everything. Small free parking lot. Friendly staff, and quiet! It was a great place to stay after a day hiking in El Yunque! Would def stay again!"
"Host was extremely helpful navigating the island from providing information about the ferry to phone numbers for local taxis. The room was clean and well maintained there are some steep walkways and and stairs. Workers were all very friendly"
