"The property was lovely and so nice to stay so close to the lake but also be a 2 minute walk removed from the lake walk. The hotel staff were very helpful and let us check out the evening before so we did not need to rush the morning of our departure to return the keys. "

"Charming look into the past. No AC but had beautiful mountain air blowing in through windows. It was comfortable at night. We weren’t there during the day. Beds are firm but not all amenities were in tip too shape. WiFi was weeeak. People were friendly. Community too. "

"Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

"15 min walk and you can go to train station and go to Milan cheaper than go to Malpensa airport and take a bus or train to Milan. Before 22:45 you can reserve a seat in hotel bus service if you landed in Malpensa. We landed 00:45am and we did take taxi from airport for €27.50 Breakfast is ok Room was ok Bathroom needed a update I think Overall I recommend "
