No les importo nada

Pésimo…. No nos respetaron la reservación… las personas de allí tenían una pésima actitud y literal nos dijeron que le hiciéramos como quisiéramos … en puente fue súper difícil conseguir hotel, terminamos en la zona roja de Cuernavaca sin saberlo porque teníamos la urgencia de la estancia…:

Me gustó mucho la estancia, el joven que nos atendió muy amable, agua caliente en los baños y toallas limpias. Las últimas 2 noches no se hizo limpieza en la habitación y se lo comento a las personas encargadas ojalá mejoren eso

Baños sucios , puerta y picaportes en muy mal estado.No hay recepción, uno mismo tienes que buscar la gente para tener acceso al hostal (en mi caso mi ayudo el taxista, no hay timbre.)
