The hotel is in the middle of downtown. Surrounded by restaurants and sights of the city. The location and price were ideal. The place even had a jacuzzi and pool. The price was so reasonable. The place is old and has a charming beautiful rustic look.

Our stay was disappointing due to poor professionalism and lack of basic customer service. Staff were not courteous and often appeared annoyed when we made simple requests. We had to repeatedly ask for pillows, and it took five days to receive a working safe. Basic amenities should not require constant follow-up.The jacuzzi takes about 30 minutes to warm up, yet management never informed us. Staff refused to turn it on in advance and would only activate it if we were standing right next to it, making it inconvenient to use.We also observed staff engaging in personal displays of affection in guest areas, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional.Overall, the service was below standard and needs serious improvement. Nuestra estancia fue decepcionante. El personal no era cortés y a menudo parecía molesto cuando hacíamos peticiones simples. Tuvimos que pedir almohadas repetidamente, y tardaron 5 días en darnos una caja fuerte que funcionaba. Las comodidades básicas no deberían requerir un seguimiento constante. El jacuzzi tarda unos 30 minutos en calentarse, pero la gerencia nunca nos informó. El personal se negó a encenderlo por adelantado y solo lo activaría si estábamos parados justo al lado, lo que dificultaba su uso.También observamos al personal participando en muestras personales de afecto en las áreas de invitados, lo que se sintió inapropiado y poco profesional. En general, el servicio estaba muy por debajo del estándar y necesita una mejora seria.

Toilet runs on hot water, which is horribly uncomfortable. Room had see through blinds and was brightly lit up every time anyone walked past, due to the motion sensor light in the common hallway. Also, when the lights were on, in the room, passersby could see in. The floor in the elevator was filthy and never vacuumed in four days. Toilet wasn’t cleaned two days out of four.
