The staff was absolutely great, accommodating us and helping us out. We arrived very early, and they did their best to get us into a room ASAP instead of making us wait all day. The room was very nice, and the restaurant's superb food was some of the best around.

Enjoyed our stay.....

ITZA is our favourite hotel in Ecuador, we have stayed in 6 hotels on our trip. Fantastic, convenient location, attentive service front the Front Desk especially Mable, also Alex in the morning when Mabel is not on duty. Prompt response, organised, accommodating staff. Food is very good in both restaurants, great roof top bar / lounge / restaurant. Nice updated refurbished original historical building. If we ever return to Cuenca, we will definitely sat there again.

The stay was fantastic. The personnel working at the front were welcoming and extremely helpful. Alex, Mabel, Fernando, and Ana Maria all went above and beyond to help with recommendations and arrangements. The location is perfect and central to all the sites. The decor is luxurious. Everything is what a great hotel should be!

Beautiful ITZA

ITZA is a beautiful hotel nestled in the city center of Cuenca. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and exquisite decorated. Room service was great! Breakfast was scrumptious as well as any food ordered. The cocktails were amazing. I highly recommend ITZA Hotel Boutique International.

ITZA AMAZING. The hotel is in a great location easy to walk to areas or catch taxis. Restaurants close by. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are spacious and filled with everything you need and more. The staff was so wonderful. They are extremely friendly and helpful. Five stars is not enough fhey need 10. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.

I would like to commend Pablo Vite and Paul Andrade and a young lady (don't know her name. These folks were excellent and assisted with a problem I had with a cell phone. They went above and beyond!!

Horrible customer service. Made reservation using Expedia. Final price included taxes and fees, when I checked out they charged me $40 extra for “the service.” Manager was unhelpful and unwilling to try to understand Expedia’s fees. Basic breakfast, overrated for the price. The good news is that for less money you can find a better hotel with better customer. Manager’s attitude ruined my day.

Es realmente un boutique hotel de lujo en todos los aspectos. Calidad de sabanas almohadas toallas. Desayuno a la carta incluido. Detalles como al haberseme quedado mi afeitadora, fueron a la farmacia y en 10 minutos me trajeron una de cortesía. Eso es lo que uno espera de un hotel de lijo...felicitaciones
