"Everything the description states is inaccurate. The Host was not available at any time, it plain as day states to contact host for gate code and I notified 24hrs before, I called at 1pm the next day, no response, I called at 3pm and texted that i would arrive at house by 5pm like check in states with no response, I stopped for lunch and my new arrival was at 6pm, which is the time I arrived at the house, I called several times to host for gate code, and no success again, It was frustrating I...

"Beautiful property! Very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, clean and very quiet. Very friendly staff. Excellent restaurant. We loved the pool as the beach had sargassum and was unusable. We booked this hotel bc of the proximity to the beach. We were still happy that we booked it as it is very nice. Free shuttle service to and from downtown area. Had an issue with the AC on the last night but the hotel took care of us. Thank you so much for an amazing week!"

"The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food."

"This property is write down and was traditionally over priced for the stay. The gives run down Dexter vibes and was less than fabulous in its remodeling. One sad elevator and just a general sad run down hotel that might have been nice several decades ago even with the location. Parking was 100% full when went to park. "The best hotel i have been with my family and the kids. The location is near to all attractions in the key west. The rooms are pretty large and bring good vibes. The pool is actually a junior olympic size which is greatly appreciated by all of us."
