"We booked this hotel for one night at the end of our vacation because of its convenient location near the airport for our early morning flight. The property itself is beautiful, with excellent amenities and four lovely pools that made for a relaxing afternoon while we waited for our room. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was quite stressful. We requested early check-in and were told our room wasn’t ready, but that we were welcome to use the pool facilities. We checked again at 3:00 p.m....

"Unit was spacious, clean and well equipped with toiletries and kitchen items. Parking was flooded on arrival making it difficult to unload and load our vehicle and access the pool from our room. The property is seaside and not on the beach; however, there are sandy areas for sunbathing or sea access, a pool, and onsite excursions. Great for families."

"This is an excellent hotel to stay if you want a peaceful, quiet, low key place to hang while in Key West. While it is further out from the action, we found the shuttle to/from town very convienent. There is a paved trail across the street which was perfect for a morning run or walk down to Smathers Beach. The breakfast contained the usual breakfast buffet items which covered our needs. "The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. Staff very helpful inviting and courteous. Breakfast and restaurant are very good exceptional service. The shuttle for downtown is extremely valuable and convenient. That alone saves a lot. I would recommend the DoubleTree anytime to anyone looking to have luxury and value."

"This is a beautiful property with a great pool area. The rooms were clean and neat and the location was adequate. You can't walk to downtown but it's an easy Uber ride. Front staff were great, but the cleaning staff could be a bit friendlier. The breakfast is decent and a great plus. I would stay here again!"
