"It was a great place, the furniture and deco very nice and high end, the shuttle to downtown a big plus. The beach OK, but you must realize that you don't go to Key West for the beach, you go for the environment in town, the people, the shopping, the food and the most amazing sunset."

"everything is way too expensive for what you get. parking should be free. checkin is super late. it was at 6pm. then they want to charge you 50$ for 12 o'clock check out... which they didnt after i requested it removed. breakfast is expensive. Golf kart is more expensive then renting a car."

"I loved the shuttle service to downtown Key West. They came to clean the room after 4pm. The walkway in the 2 story buildings could use a power wash. Breakfast was good, however drinks are overpriced."

"Honestly was great . Staff was friendly. Our A/C turned off and would not turn back on called front desk someone was up few moments later ...it was 9 PM. Do super duper impressed. We would love to stay there again"
