"For a group of 3 girls, the 2 bedroom apartment was the perfect size and very comfortable. All the staff was helpful and kind, we had no issues throughout our stay. The location was very central to majority of Roma Norte restaurants and bars and even ubering to other locations was easy. It is also located on a side road so there were no issues with finding ubers or dealing with many people around the entrance. We paid extra for housekeeping for one day and they did a wonderful job. There is an AC in both rooms and wi-fi worked well. The only thing we noticed was there are not any mirrors except for the bathroom so if anyone is planning on staying (especially with a group of girls like us) maybe bring a portable mirror. But overall, very clean, spacious property and would definitely stay again. Also could be a great place to stay for longer durations."

"Staff was wonderful, alexia at the concierge’s desk. She helped us to obtain a wheelchair and was extremely helpful. But so too worth the coffee shop, ladies and everyone else. Overall, excellent service! Hotel was top-notch and breakfasts were incredible! The view from the restaurant rooftop was spectacular!"

"The hotel itself was good, but the room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep without noise-canceling headphones. Every night, there was loud music and drumming from the cathedral area that continued until 2:00 or 3:00 AM. Additionally, there was constant noise from the lobby that lasted until midnight. It was unacceptable. I was also disappointed to find no tissues provided in the room, which was quite inconvenient."
