"Unbelievable welcome! Great room. Very clean and accessible to east Edmonton /sherwood park. Great breakfast too!"

"Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Housekeeping and Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, I will never stay here again. Housekeeping should ensure that every room has at least one extra toilet roll available. When I requested one, it took approximately three hours for someone to bring it to my room. This level of service is simply unacceptable. The front desk staff also need significant improvement in customer service, communication,...

"Conveniently located. Easy checkin."

"Everything was good. Bed was comfortable. Nice and clean."

"The property is very clean and rooms were very comfortable! Loved the great coffee in the breakfast room! Will absolutely stay again!"

"Comfortable"

"The room was great, smelled clean. I really disliked the paper cups and the bamboo forks, spoons, knives in the breakfast room. I think this could be done better."

"Our stay was awesome. Bed was very comfortable. It was old have been nice if there were end table on other side of bed for phone and book, etc. also there were no glasses in the room, coffee cups for coffee but no glasses. So if wanted a drink you had to use the coffee cup which we all know paper cups doesn’t last long with liquid in it. Other than that it was awesome. Enjoyed our stay and having a restaurant on premises is always a bonus!!"

"This hotel is very clean, quiet and an excellent location. The breakfast is hearty and filling and opens well before the posted time of 6am. Easy to find and get to, clean rooms and staff were very helpful."
