"Staff was kind and courteous going out of their way to let us know about all of their amenities. Indoor pool was warm and soothing. We went swimming during quiet hours and had the pool to ourselves. The deck was heated. It felt luxurious. If we had to say anything, parking was a bitexpensive. But the hotel was beautiful. "

"We stayed for one night. Slept great. My issue is the charge for parking your car. DOUBLE the cost of a weekday. $80 to park my car AT THE HOTEL I'M ALREADY PAYING TO STAY AT. Absolutely disgusting gouging going on for no reason whatsoever. "

"Room 303 was clean but had a slight musty smell. The bath tub faucet had a steady water flow that would not stop no matter how far we turned off the taps. Our friends in the next room had the same problem. I'm always left wondering why the cleaning staff only leave 3 sets of towels when they know there will be 4 adults? Also, the outlet closest to the patio door/round table did not work at all. We did have a view of the Falls. Once the trees have leaves that won't be the case. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Casino and a few restaurants are steps away. Free breakfast, parking & WiFi. Excellent price for what's included! Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a couple of nights. "
