"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. "I have stayed at quite a few luxury hotels and the Sofitel never fails to impress!
Unfortunately due to an accident, we lost power, however the generator jumped into action quite quickly, With unprecedented work noise outside due to the accident, I was offered a relocation to another room, however at that time of night I asked for and was provided with earplugs. Eventually fell to sleep and slept well.
As an apology, even though it was their fault, I have been offered a free room...

"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are mostly friendly. The room condition is clean and in reasonable condition. There are only two issues:
1) As I checked in at midnight, the staff on the evening shift told me the hotel doesn't provide slippers, even though I told her my colleague had just got a pair when she checked in in the afternoon. It is a bit inconvenience on the first night of stay until I finally got one from the staff in the day shift.
2) The water pressure of the shower...
