Room roofing was leaking and floor is full of water, could not able to sleep, no heating in the room, no hand wash , no drinking water, said to drink from toilet pipe , total horrible situation and please don’t go and do not book Dial house hotel, in Crowthorne , complied to manager, no response

It neefs inprovement
We were guven a cold room for the night. I walked in the cold to look for manager as the phone waa not working. He finally gave us a mobike electric heater which would not heat the big poirly cleaned room in the back. One of the radiators was not working. Thevothercwent cold shorrly before midnight as they put off heating. We didnt showr that night and in the morning too as the shower had cold icy water. It was my secinf time to use this hotel. The furst time i lost my perfunlme when i forgot my box in the lounge. Overrall, its not value for money and i will not be going back there.

Hi Mr Kepha i m surprised to see your coments we provided a heater because the Hotel was empty thats why it was not worth to turn on the central heating for one room ..and you forgot your bag in the lobbey an no body knew about that and after 12 hours we put your bag at safe place next day you called us and told us that you forgot your bag here and after you recieved your bag you claimed that your perfume is not there Sir i was in your room and your room was warm enugh and water was absoloutey fine and you didn tell us about anything when you was here Sir if you dont complain when you was here how can we help you .THanks anyway..

7 night stay. Bed linen never changed, shower drain blocked for 2 days, towels only changed once and only when asked. Have a bar and restaurant but nobody ever used them. Staff around only occasionally checked out by leaving the room key on a locked office door. 3 times I returned to the room to find the door not closed completely.

Welcoming and lovely hotel
Lovely hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Multiple stays and very welcoming, excellent value for money. Spacious light rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

I guess you get what or less than you pay for. Dirty carpets. Sheets did not fit bed. Shower was more of a trickle. Direction knob on shower broken. Electric socket not fixed adequately to wall. The whole room is need of a thorough updated

Was not expecting much for the price point but was not expecting a very dirty room which looked like hadn’t been cleaned for months. Electrics looked un safe and for some reason the mirror got burning hot when the bathroom light was left on for some time. Carpet was in a very poor condition and bathroom was covered in dust dirt and pubic hairs. When this was raised with the management nothing was done in the whole 7 days were there and the bathroom stayed unclean as there was a ball of fluff and hairs that was there for the duration of our visit.

room / bathroom could do with a little TLC in places, but clean, good sized room, and convenient to the local high street for cafe/ restaurants etc. Slightly confused by information on line, as there isn't a restaurant, but they fdo offer "breakfast", included on certain tariffs

Friendly service above and beyond
The staff were very friendly and helpful, even offered to carry my suitcase upstairs and they also stored my case for the day after check out. The hotel itself was nicely presented, though the room was a bit dated in style. It was clean, warm and comfortable. There were tea and coffee facilities and mini showergels. The bed was comfortable. The pipes are loud which woke me up at one point, but otherwise it was in a quiet area.

Dirty rooms, carpet dirty with bits embedded within, bedroom smelled damp, towels smelled of urine, cupboards all broken, kettle was filthy see pics although they did offer to change the kettle i didn't feel it was safe to stay as i explained to the guy on reception its not up to suitable standard and I asked for a refund the same night to go elsewhere but it was declined. I left for another hotel the same night anyway but still want my money back.

Very disappointed to say the least. My room was no.2, which was on the top floor. Arrived at 11.15pm and walked into a fridge as someone had left the window wide open and the radiator had turned off at 11pm. No night time staff, so suffered the cold all night as the duvet was a summer weght and the temp outside was 3c In the morning i went for a shower but when I turned on the water, black bits came out of the shower and there were hairs all over the shower head! I used the sink the give myself a good wash but when I wanted to drain the water to get fresh water, the plug wouldn't pull up. I complained to someone at reception on my out and when I asked for a copy invoice he just gave me a vague look. I definitely wouldn't stay there again!

Room was tidy & bed comfy howver on check in tv didn't work as fuse had tripped. This was fixed but then in the night fuse tripped again and took all lights and electricity out in room. No staff around to fix so ended up having to have a cold shower in the dark to make my fommitmente the next morning
