"Stayed for a wrestling tournament. There are no elevators to the second floor. There is smoking allowed in the hotel and someone was heavily smoking marijuana and stunk up my room. When I called front desk about it I was more or less told to deal with it because weed is legal. The room was disgusting. Cobwebs and fluids of some type on wall. Didn’t get room service for new towels I had to ask a housekeeper to get me some. She put some on sink but didn’t bother to take old towels or take out...

"Location was good and felt safe but the building access to the room from the lobby is airport terminal-esque long. Pretty worn out with lots of carpet stains, some burn marks and i had to kill a few large beatles."

"We were told to be extra careful when we showered because the steam could trip the very sensitive fire alarm which we’d be charged $500 for if it went off. Place was clean due to what I imagine is fear of anyone moving or potentially making any sort of action which may trip the Fire Alarm. Mothman did not prophesize this."

"There was a gap almost an inch wide under our door to the hallway. Things were rusty, broken, and dirty. There were crumbs and dead bugs on the floor. My non dairy creamer curled in my coffee at the "continental breakfast" which was very lacking. There wasn't even any water (no hot or cold). I only stayed due to weather on or drive. Would not stay again. "

We didn’t get any solutions with her, so an hour later at shift change we went back and talked to another woman who was very rude when we asked for a new room. Our new room was outdated but clean.
