Green Dragon Hotel

"We loved our stay at the Green Dragon. It was the perfect location for a trip to Hereford without a car. All the sites and restaurants we wanted to visit were within easy walking distant. It is a historic grand building and our room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. Although we did not have air conditioning a large fan and an ample supply of bottled water made the stay very pleasant. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. We did not eat in so canโt really comment but the bar was lovely, comfortable and relaxing and we were soon chatting away with other guests. Would definitely stay here again if we come back that way."

"Hotel was lovely, bit outdated in room. No lighting so was hard to see. Pool was little cold and hot tub wasn't working for the two days we were there. Surroundings were lovely, nice breakfast and selection of drinks at the bar. Would be an idea to tell people of the cost of taxis before attending as there is no taxi service about and they have to come from Newport. So for a 5 minute drive into the town costs ยฃ22!"
