"Was very lovely and modern facility. Liked being on Fleet Street during Easter weekend...so quiet. Very convenient to Trafalgar Square and a 5 minute walk from the Tube. "Lovely small hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was lovely. Our only complaints were how hot the rooms were( a/c never cooled it down and window barely cracked open). It would be unbearable in the summer and they tended to only give us two small towels. Had to get extras every day. Overall, I would stay here again but in cooler months. "

"We were happy with our stay except for small things 1. The garbage can in the bathroom is too small and it is very useful. When you step on it, it falls forward so that it annoying to deal with everyday 2. There is no socket by the mirror on the right hand side where I can use my blow dryer or hair straightener but there are not sockets. The socket on the left hand side has the coffee maker so it is not ideal to use it coz the coffee can spill. "

"Cute little hotel with kind staff. It was being prepared for renovations while we were here which created some commotion with the lifts and traffic in the lobby. The room was comfortable and gym was good. We cut our stay short to stay closer to the sights and the staff was incredibly gracious about the change. Thank you for having us!"
