They are very knowledgeable and easily sort out anything you need (from airport transfers to guides). There is a lovely spa and not just a ski room, but a ski shop (where you can rent equipment, etc.). Hotel Portetta is ski-in-ski-out, a few strides from the Courchevel Moriond gondola. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. "Very close to all action! Restaurants, lounges/bars, ski slopes. Even though it’s not considered ski in/out, the lifts are just across the street. Ski shop is available at hotel with descent equipment rentals. Spa with tiny dry and wet saunas, and a pool. Breakfast included in room price is a la cart (anything you can wish for, the chef will cook for you). Overall will gladly return here!"
