"The room was very accommodating for my family. Very clean and the staff was amazing with any concerns I had. The breakfast was great as well as the pool!!"

"Far too much air freshener. Smelled it in my sleep. The AC unit sounds like a jet engine. The front desk staff barely greeted me upon check in. There are no amenities like coffee, shampoo, body wash. Finally, tho the bed was comfortable, I've had pieces of bread thicker than the pillows."

"When we booked we requested to have two queen bed rooms with connecting rooms but they didn’t have them available when we arrived.. we had to settle for a king room and 2 double beds then we had dirty towels in the king room. The experience was not the greatest and we paid $675 for 2 rooms and did not have what we asked for"

"If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!"

"There were sirens, gun shots, a woman trying to sell us Jordan’s at midnight, another woman came knocking on our door & then ran away at 5 am. Did not feel safe staying there what so ever. The room was disgusting, the floor probably hadn’t been swept ever. The shower had mold & there wasn’t really any hot water. The mini fridge was covered in old food and the room smelled musty."

"I booked this room approximately one month in advance through Expedia and selected the "Pay at Property" option. On the morning of my trip, I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and was told it had been canceled. The hotel explained they attempted to charge my card three times 48 hours before arrival.
