"Disappointed with the brief stay, despite the fact the receptionist was very friendly and did her best to be helpful.
1. The additional charge for the car park was a surprise as there was no indication that there would be an additional charge on the booking site or on Hilton’s own site.
2. I opted for the cheapest room which had two queen beds. It was very obvious that one of them had not had the base sheet changed.
Will not select this particular Hotel again.

"Over all the stay was good, room was clean, parking was easy. Breakfast area could use some cleaning and elevator was out of order so that’s why I only gave it 3 stars. Our room was on the third floor so going up and down the stairs with kids was not very convenient."
