"We had a great time staying y the wilderness at the Smokies. We stayed during the week so there weren’t any lines. Hotel was very clean. Family friendly. Check in was fast. Staff was friendly-more so in the stone hill lodge where we stayed than the river lodge. Shuttle bus was available every 15min to transport to the waterpark. The only downfall was we weren’t aware of the construction going on for half of the waterpark so that was a bit of a let down but we still had fun. Park hours aren’t. Very late either for it being a vacation spot so that’s the only other let down we had. Overall though, we’d book again soon."

"In our travels this spring this was the very best hotel that we stayed with. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful, especially Trudy who set up the breakfast buffet. She was so nice and funny and had everyone laughing and talking to each other. We would definitely stay here the next time we are in the area."
