"Good"

"When we checked in to our room, the beds were not made and there was trash everywhere. The hotel had a bed smell. Tub was dirty. Breakfast had barely anything, but it was advertised as full. Do not stay here."

"The lobby was hot & the air conditioner in the room was not great. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The continental breakfast was late getting put out & didn’t get to eat at the hotel."

"Beautiful space but bathroom was rather small and only one mirror was usable which was difficult with 4 people trying to get ready in the morning. Very poor lighting overall and the room was rather dark even in the day hours. Pool was not open the three days we visited so we didn’t experience that amenity. We didn’t pay extra for the breakfast as there are many food options nearby for better prices."

"THEY ARE ACTIVELY IN THE MIDDLE OF RENOVATIONS BUT IT IS CLEAN. MS SAQUIL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! WAS EXTREEMLY HELPFUL WITH ANY REQUEST. THE HALLWAYS SMELL AMAZING!!! THE FREE "BREAKFAST" I HOPE MANAGMENT WILL GREATLY IMPROVE. THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE WHO GETS A LITTLE HOSTILE OVER THE MUFFINS. OVERALL WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN."

"Staff was great and water pressure in the shower was great, but that place needs some serious work. I should've taken pictures. But, you get what you pay for, for about $65 a night you get some nasty carpet in need of a deep clean in the hallways and stairs, roaches in your room, the AC vents need deep cleaning, the AC never got to the temperature below 70 degrees, the toilet had a weird leak but the toilet worked, the shower head was disconnected from the wall but the pressure and temperature...

"The they/them that was working the front desk upon arrival was not welcoming or helpful with an attitude problem. The door on the room didn't want to latch when closing. You would literally have to SLAM the door to get it to securely latch. The restroom door was the same. The bed was decent and the breakfast was good."

"Basically my wife and I stayed the night only because we checked in late and we both was tired but we checked out early the next morning and find a better place to stay you could not watch tv unless you had your own apps to use like Netflix, Prime video etc: who knows there password to all of there apps I don't basically they had no free cable, not enough towels for 2 people they wanted us to use what we had and bring the dirty to them and swap them out Out you know how irritating that could...

"When you book with a known brand, there's a certain expectation of that brand. TV channels weren't setup and took them 2 days to fix after repeated complains? Coffee was sporadic at breakfast with only a single 12 cup caraft available, vs multiple or larger caraft ?"

"This place is affordable for a family traveling with children. It's nice that it has a kitchen but there was no trash can in the kitchen or the restroom nor soap anywhere. This place didn't have pots and pans for cooking either which youd figure they would provide since they have a kitchen. It's a very outdated hotel but you can tell they are remodeling. There's no staff on hand from night to morning. There are odor issues in the hallways and elevator. I would still stay here again because...
