"Great location for what we needed, went to Queens and it was only a 10 minute walk away! Room was lovely and there was both heating and air-conditioning. I dont think they cleaned the bathroom between nights, only replacing towels and toiletries as there was still a lot of water in the shower and hairs before we used it. "We travelled to London for a concert at the Eventim Apollo and this hotel was ideal for a one night stay. We wandered round Westfield shopping centre in the afternoon, then it's a 15 minute walk to the hotel. Once we were ready to go out it was just a 15 minute walk to the concert, and there are plenty of places to eat and drink on the way there. Hotel staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. "Property was great . The 394$ mandatory cleaning fee that wasn’t mentioned was not great. I only stayed 2 nights so it was like adding another charge for an extra day. This cost should have been mentioned up front with all related fees. Not ok! "
