"We had a pleasant stay. Quiet and good for families. The staff were friendly and nice. It was convenient for the highway and downtown access. Rooms were good - well maintained and well equipped. Breakfast seemed to be good but we left before we were able to enjoy breakfast. Two criticisms are: hallway rugs were dirty and we had such a hard time finding the way out! It was weirdly like a maze. "

"We stayed in an array of hotels during our week of travel. This stay was our last one on the trip and it was a relief. The sheets on the beds had a very strong chlorine smell, but that gave us confidence they were clean and disinfected. The heating unit smelled of burning dust (and possibly more). The bathroom area was clean. The price is a little high, especially with the breakfast options being somewhat skimpy (nk protein). Staff was friendly and helpful."

"The property has been updated. There are a few reminders that the property isn't new, but everything is very clean and convenient. Our room was very large. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend the Clarion."

"There were bugs in the room. Asked manager to see if they can change it but according to manager they were sold out for that night. It was late so ended up staying there but no other action taken by manager or basic apology."

"Pluses: Staff courteous. Room comfortable. Beds fine. Mixing Faucet not properly attached to the sink. So it was not easy to use. Second night no hot water. We thought we should receive some discount accommodation for the inconvenience of cold showers. But they deferred to Hotels.com for that consideration. If that is not offered through the app we are not likely to use it again."
