"Loved our honeymoon. Wonderful location, staff, pools, pool at, the room was perfect. Five stars. The negatives: The TV casting for Netflix etc was shockingly terrible and unreliable. Cannot recommend the coffee as it's so bad (barista made)."

"The swim up bar is a bonus, the pool area is lovely, it’s about a 20 min walk into Port Douglas shops and Marina but you can get a shuttle bus if prefer but it’s an easy walk. The staff were all fantastic"

"Beautiful large apartment with balcony. overlooking the pool. Well equipped kitchen, lounge area, bedroom and bathroom. Laundry shared with apartment next door. Tropical plants at front of property and near pool area are amazing. Beautiful lighting at night. Property located close to Macrossan Street and walking distance to 4 mile beach. "

"This was a privately owned room in the Pullman Resort. Room was ok but the description and photos were misleading. Description was King Spa Studio 266 but there was no spa. We could see where it used to be in the room by the mis-matched floor tiles. Having a spa in the room was one of the reasons we booked this accommodation. We were quite disappointed to find there wasnt a spa in the room. Also on a lesser note the pillows in the room were terrible. I contacted the owners regarding these issues but never had a reply. Dont think we will stay there again as there is much better accommodation in Port Dougls at similar pricing."

"We chose an inexpensive room for a short stay. It was small and fairly dark and not a good example of the poolside accommodation. It did suit our needs. "

"Honestly 10/10 what a great stay we had, coffee shops & food right there, beautiful beach & heaps of wildlife walking around, watch your step in the hotel (we were on the 4th floor and had to carry a little lizard down the elevator) "

"We have stayed here before and were not disappointed. It’s still as good as the last time we stayed. Great pools great rooms. Lovely cost effective breakfast from the golf course next door. What beautiful vistas they have. Give it a try"
