I’ve stayed here the past 5 trips to Cozumel! At first it was awesome but over the years the food has went down hill! Will be looking for a different resort on the next trip to Cozumel! Long lines for dinner as they no longer do reservations or have a dress code that they adhere too anymore!

It’s so noisy there is no relaxation. The hallway is echo for hundreds of feet and the loudest people in the hallways. Are the employees have it a Fiesta in the hallway save your money save your energy and stay someplace way nicer.

We have stayed here several times. It seems to be improving, especially the quality of the food. I also like the change in how to use the restautrants. I did not like the fact that ice cream only had one flavor at a time. It would also be nice to have a non-dairy option. It was also disappointing that our final night the evening entertainment was changed without much explanation. we had been looking forward to the karoke all week! Not a great way to end our trip!
