A good night - room clean and comfortable. Friendly and efficient check-in. Central location in Cowra, easy to walk to restaurants and hotels. It's on the highway but no noise issues as the rooms are set well back.

staff tried to put through charges before we arrived at this establishment, never had this happen while booking through wot iff website. had to go to reception for supplies to the room as they never made up our room daily. no noise so was very easy to get to sleep.

The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean, room parking was clearly labelled, and carpet on the floor. There were some plumbing issues which management apparently weren’t aware of and were very apologetic about. All in all a pleasant stay.

This property was a very pleasant surprise. For an establishment that charges such economy rates it excels. Nice and clean, comfy and cosy and importantly - warm. Nice comfortable beds and pillows. The hosts are really lovely, friendly and hospitable. I will definitely stay here on my future visits to Cowra.

Very friendly, and quiet comfortable nights. The restaurant is not yet open, but there are plenty of options nearby. If you are arriving late maybe let them know if you need bowls/plates/cutlery for the morning, as there is none in the unit. 2 cups, 2 water glasses and 2 teaspoons are provided (standard unit). Microwave, fridge and toaster are there :-).
