"My granddaughter and I stay at this hotel several times a year the staff is great and super friendly. The breakfast is a great selection and fresh. The dog area are great as I have my fur family with me when we stay. The dog friendly rooms are good. The beds could be updated tho. The pool and hot tube are my granddaughter favorite and the exercise room is great!"

"It was overall alright. The pool was cold, colder than at other hotels. The hot tub was not hot, it was warm. They didn't have enough pool towels for all the guests. The breakfast was ok, there wasn't enough seating for everyone so some guests were standing to eat. There wasn't enough hot water for showers in the morning. The room was pretty good, but the bathroom had some staining on the ceiling, possibly some mold. The water pressure was good. It's a good place in a pinch, but I would stay elsewhere if I come through Medford again."

"I would rate this place overall excellent except one thing. Our room had several problems. The biggest, we were behind the elevator and there is a structural issue causing the wall to creak and groan every time the elevator moved. Sounded similar to an old ship in the ocean. Also even though this building was pretty new, the room had a plumbing leak causing the shower to drip randomly and the toilet seat was very nice but loose. Otherwise, I mean this placed knocked it out of the park! Food, drinks the atmosphere… everything was amazing!"

"Everything was great. Room was spacious and clean, bed comfy, grounds beautiful. We enjoyed our spa services and the pool area. Our soaking tub in the room was fantastic. The only thing that was not wonderful was the food at breakfast. The server was wonderful tho. The food was just not great. Would stay here again and recommend to friends."
